Ability Level
  • Great for all ability levels. Low impact.

  • Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

Equipment Used
  • Yoga mats – provided by WRF.

  • Comfortable, fitted clothing. Avoid short shorts and loose shirts, since some positions may reveal more than you're comfortable with.

  • Clean, bare feet or socks

What to Bring (Optional)
  • A yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
