Core & Stretch

Description

This class will work your core with standing and floor core work. You will use modified yoga poses to stretch and then relax using a variety of relaxation techniques.

Ability Level
  • All ability levels, will provide modifiers and advanced movements.

Tips/Preparation

 

  • Come a little early to get equipment set up. Be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

Equipment Used
  • Resistance tubes – provided by WRF.

  • Dumbbells – provided by WRF.

  • Yoga mats – provided by WRF.

Attire
  • Comfortable, fitted clothing. Avoid short shorts and loose shirts, since some positions may reveal more than you're comfortable with.

  • Clean, indoor gym shoes.

 
What to Bring (Optional)
  • A yoga mat, water bottle and towel.

Core and Stretch is an exercise class designed by Wild River Fitness; only offered at its facility.
