Description
This class will work your core with standing and floor core work. You will use modified yoga poses to stretch and then relax using a variety of relaxation techniques.

Come a little early to get equipment set up. Be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

Resistance tubes – provided by WRF.
Dumbbells – provided by WRF.
Yoga mats – provided by WRF.

Attire
Comfortable, fitted clothing. Avoid short shorts and loose shirts, since some positions may reveal more than you're comfortable with.
Clean, indoor gym shoes.
