Progressive, challenging workout on stationary bikes set to music.

 

45-minute classes available.

  • Intermediate and advanced.

  • Minimum age: 10 years.

 

Tips/Preparation
  • Cycling can be as challenging as you like. Modifications are given that will provide a successful workout for every rider.

  • Come a little early to setup the stationary bike.

 

Equipment Used
  • Stationary bikes – provided by WRF.

Attire
  • Comfortable, loose clothing

  • Stiff-soled, indoor gym shoes

 
What to Bring (Optional)
  • A water bottle and towel.
