Interval Training

Description

Enjoy a challenging strength workout with upper Body, lower body, and core training. These 3 sections will have 7 exercises with 30 second intervals and 15 seconds rest in between. You can lift heavy weights or choose bodyweight which makes this class great for beginner participants all the way up to the athlete!
