PiYo is a high intensity, low impact strength workout that sculpts the muscles through body weight exercises that are inspired by yoga and Pilates.

  • Fast paced PiYo workout that will build your flexibility, strength and cardio all at the same time.

  • PiYo is designed to create lean muscle mass in order to burn fat more rapidly.


Ability Level
  • Great for all ability levels. Low impact moves make it friendly on knees, ankles and feet.


  • Modifications provided.


Equipment Used
  • Various strengthening equipment such as dumbbells, balls, and resistance tubing – provided by WRF.

  • Indoor gym shoes, stocking feet or clean, bare feet

What to Bring (Optional)
  • Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and towel.
