SilverSneakers Circuit


Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.

  • Improves muscular strength and endurance

  • Improves flexibility and range of movement

  • Better agility/balance and weight loss through elevated calorie expenditure


Ability Level
  • Specially designed for seniors, but great for all ability levels. Low impact.


  • Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.


Equipment Used
  • Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and SilverSneaker ball – provided by WRF.

  • A chair will also be available, if needed.

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing

  • Indoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)
  • A water bottle and towel.
