SilverSneakers Stability


Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints, all in a fun and social setting. This class is deigned specifically to help prevent falls.


45-minute sessions available.

  • Improves your balance and strength

  • Movements focus on strengthening the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving reaction time


Ability Level
  • Participants need to be able to stand for approximately 30 minutes at a time.


  • Come prepared to challenge your balance and have fun.


Equipment Used
  • Chairs – provided by WRF.

  • Clean, closed toe indoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)
  • A water bottle and towel.
