Equipment Used
Yoga mats – provided by WRF.
Attire
Wear comfortable, loose clothing
Indoor gym shoes, stocking feet or clean, bare feet
What to Bring (Optional)
Bring your own yoga mat, if you prefer, a water bottle and towel.
