Fitness Experiences

Linda is an avid hiker, trail runner and most recently a mountain biker.


She completed the Grand Traverse Trailrun twice (a 27.2 mile route on the rugged Superior Hiking Trail in northern MN); two 10K Mud Runs, and many other fitness related challenges including obstacle course races and 5Ks.


Linda is also a member of the event planning team for the City of Trails Trailrun and the WRF Wild Games.

Success Story

Linda loves hearing the stories of her class participants that come to her with the success of their weight loss, decrease in their blood pressure and decrease of their clothes sizes.


The most rewarding part for Linda as an instructor is hearing people say "I did it!" when they didn't think they could. Whether it's getting through that first class, trying a new exercise or completing their first race, its that transition of believing in themselves that's really the best part to witness.
